Who is Nuwa?
Nuwa, belonging to the God tribe, will be the newest playable character in BOUNTYKINDS that can be obtained through the Gacha. She is a God that originated from China and is believed to be the progenitor of humanity. She utilizes the Ying and Yang stacks to both buff allies and harm the enemies. If you get her, she’ll have a base rarity of rare, which means her base level cap is 60!

Attack Style
Nuwa will attack a random enemy each turn. This randomness is what will spread the Ying passive that will talk about down the line.

Nuwa’s Abilities and Passives
Now let’s take a look at what Nuwa can do in battle by looking at his abilities and passives in the battlefield.
Heaven Mending Art (Passive):
| At the end of each turn, deals damage to the enemy based on the number of Yin stacks (2% of the target’s max HP per stack) and recovers HP for allies based on the number of Yang stacks (2% of the target’s max HP per stack). |
This ability of Nuwa allows her to both deal damage and heal your allies at the end of each turn. Since it triggers at the end of each turn, the longer Nuwa is on the field surviving, the higher the value you will get from this passive.
Divine Touch (Normal Attack):
| When attacking, grants Yin stacks to the target and Yang stacks to a random ally. Maximum 5 stacks for both Yin and Yang. |
This ability of Nuwa’s normal attack is how she applies her Yin and Yang stacks. Each turn, she will be able to apply one stack of each Yin and Yang stack to an enemy and a random ally respectively. The Yang stack you will provide to the ally will be chosen at random, and since Nuwa targets an opponent randomly, the Yin stack will also be applied randomly. This randomness will make the games with Nuwa add randomness in her kit. There will be time that your Yin and Yang stacks will be spread out but there’s a chance that those stacks will be focused on one ally and enemy. Both scenarios have their own pros and cons.
💡Note: The maximum number of Yin and Yang stacks is 5, shared across all Nuwas on the team.(This means even if you use 3 Nuwas in your team, the Yin/Yang stack per character on the field will not exceed by five even if it’s a different Nuwa that’s applying it.)
Celestial Balance (Skill/Ultimate):
| Rage points: 5Decreases the ATK and DEF of enemies with Yin stacks by 30% for 3 turns and grants a shield (10% of the target’s max HP per stack) to allies with Yang stacks for 3 turns. |
This ultimate of Nuwa is also directly tied to her Yin and Yang Stacks. It’s a mixture of both shielding allies and debuffing enemies for those with at least Yang and Ying stack respectively. The debuffing part of this skill doesn’t rely on how much stack the opponent has so one stack of Ying each opponent will be enough to get the full value from this part. On the other hand, the shield that the ally will gain from this skill will scale based on how many stacks the ally has. So, if one specific ally is being focused by the opponent, having all your stack of Yang on that character will increase the shield for that character.
